# Percia

> Percia watches a camera or video URL for a plain-language goal and notifies you by signed webhook or email each time the goal becomes true. Create watches, deploy versioned agents, share site memory, read decisions and evidence over a JSON HTTP API. The OpenAPI 3.1 document is at /api/openapi.json.
